HB4009 HFA Staggers 2-21

                Delegate Staggers moves to amend Com Sub for HB4009 on page 2, section 2a, line 23, following the words “authorized staff physician” by inserting the following: “or other person authorized by the hospital”;

                And,

                On page 3, section 2a, line 47, following the words “and hospitals” by inserting the words “and its employees”.
